What do you do at Nufloors?

I do a little bit of everything, from assisting customers with their flooring selections, to completing in home estimates for quantities and labour pricing, to helping people pull their entire home together so their flooring and backsplashes flow seamlessly with their cabinets, paint, and furniture.

What do you do in your spare time?

I like to spend time with friends and family, go to concerts and movies, go for walks, play slow pitch baseball, and do anything artistic and creative!

Are you from Red Deer?

I grew up in Spruce Grove, Alberta and moved to Sylvan Lake for high school. I attended college in Lethbridge for Interior Design, and then started my flooring career in Medicine Hat in 2007. I then moved to Red Deer in 2010 and haven’t looked back!

What is spare time ..lol?  I like to spend time with my wife, my kids and grand kids. I enjoy working on my yard, fishing and flying.

Are you from Red Deer?

I have lived in Red Deer for the past 16 years after spending 8 years in Calgary. I came to Canada as a refugee from the former Yugoslavia. I also competed in the 1992 Winter Olympics in bobsled. I love to help my community because Red Deer and surrounding area is one of the best places I have ever lived in.

Kelly did all of our measuring, brought us out samples, and gave us her expert advice which was greatly appreciated. Mike kept me up-to-date on minor issues encountered and consulted with me during the installation, which I appreciated. Once the installation was complete, I thought there was a small issue with how one set of bedroom closet doors were re-installed, so Dragan came out to check and we realized it was a pre-existing issue and he provided detailed advice on what I could do to correct the small issue. The colourful LEGO-inspired building has become a Calgary landmark and one that is unique in every way.
