With over 30 years experience installing floor coverings, Allan is extremely qualified as our installation manager. He is responsible for scheduling the installers for each job, some measuring of job sites, doing minor repairs, and overseeing warranty repairs.

Al transitioned to sales in 2021 after working as one of our sub-contractors installing flooring for over 11 years. He primarily installed tile as well as hard surfaces such as vinyl and laminate. His specialty is in tile application of any kind including custom showers and waterproofing requirements.

Annette has been with Nufloors since 2005 overseeing the company’s accounting, communications and computer network. Aside from her daily duties she enjoys assisting with colour coordination whenever one is seeking an “extra opinion”.

Much like his father Don, Brad was raised in Penticton and began his career at this location in 1985. He gained his experience and abundance of knowledge over the years through working in the warehouse, then assisting with installation to sales and now current ownership.

Brandon made the move to BC in 2021 to begin his career in flooring sales with us. Originally from Ontario he comes to us with several years of experience in sales. His flooring knowledge is strong across all types of coverings you might be searching for.

Don is a lifelong Penticton area resident. As one of the previous owners of Longs Floorall Ltd. he actively worked in the business for a total of 36 years. Now retired from the work force, Don remains in Penticton with his wife Dale. Should you run into him around town you may find yourself engaged in conversation about the area’s history of which he has an abundance of knowledge.

Jack joined Nufloors Penticton in 2016 with an expertise in commercial flooring and a well-rounded knowledge in all other aspects.  Should you require assistance with an insurance claim, Jack is qualified to guide you through the options.

Jennifer has stepped into the full time administration assistant role.  She comes to us with a variety of office experience fitting right in to our constantly changing daily requirements.

Kevin is our General Manager and resident “hardwood specialist”.  With 25+ years in flooring, he brings valued experience to our team.  After dabbling over the years in installation he is also very helpful with layouts and technical questions.

Steve oversees shipping and receiving in our warehouse.  He ensures our installers have the tools and accessories they require to complete your installation.  When you are ready to pick up your purchase of flooring, Steve is always happy to help load your vehicle.
