We are looking for someone to join our Flooring Sales Team. Sales and Customer Service are what you do best. We have a great working place, with friendly and supportive co-workers. There is plenty of business out there for you to do well and we have the team to make sure your jobs get done — so you can move on to your next sale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Assist customers with flooring choices, measuring and job quotes
• Installation management with installers
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Product Knowledge and willingness to learn about new products
• Ensure delivery schedules and instructions are met
• Other duties as required with flooring sales
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum two years sales experience
• Flooring product knowledge
• Effective communication skills and ability to read, write, and speak in English
• Strong computer skills – will use our Sales Program – Aroflo
• Customer-service focused
• Detail oriented
• Flexible schedule including some weekends
Preference given to candidates with Flooring Sales and/or Flooring Install experience.

Flooring coordinator & sales

The flooring industry has become very fashionable, with hundreds of designs and choices to create personalized living spaces – so if you enjoy helping people find their perfect flooring and interior design – come visit us.
Don’t like being stuck in a office or store all day? Well here every day is different. You’ll be helping customers in the store, have appointments for measures and giving advice on suitable flooring, checking on installs, new business etc.
You’ve got to be smart, confident and motivated. Some experience in flooring sales or install and/or interior design would be preferred – there’s a lot to know about flooring so being open to learning is a must.
Computer knowledge is needed for sure: Microsoft Office, Outlook, online marketing and our sales software.
Base salary plus commissions and company vehicle for appointments.
Once you get known in the industry, you can work to expand your income upwards.
Family owned since 1977 – we are known for our product knowledge and customer service. Have great people working with us at a busy store.

We are looking for someone to join our Flooring Sales Team. You love to sell and are eager to provide excellent service to our clientele. Candidates with experience in the industry are preferred but we are willing to train those we feel are the right fit for our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets
- Build and maintain strong customer relations
- Assist customers with flooring choices, sample sign outs and accurate information
- Schedule measures and follow-up with quotes
- Manage sales process from start to finish, to ensure customer satisfaction
- Co-ordinate and communicate with administration, operations and installers and customers to ensure no detail is missed

- CRM Management, use different platforms to seek out new sales opportunities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
