He sold me the most beautiful Karastan patterned carpet, and arranged for my furniture to be moved in and out, removal of the old carpet and pad AND the new carpet to be vacuumed!!  Terry, the craftsman installer did such a beautiful job, the seams were flawless.  Woo, so easy, why did I put this off for so long?  The room looks bigger, brighter and up to date.
